1. After we did the family vacation thing to Yellowstone in 1989, we would often ask Jeremiah if working out west in his college summers interested him. I guess it did. He finished high school in 1998, and applied for this summer job during the winter of his freshman year at ETSU. Old family friend Jimmy McCaleb was either the assistant general manager or general manager of the park concessioner, Yellowstone NP Lodges - AMFAC, when Jeremiah was there in 1999 and 2000. His Aunt Sylvia had also worked in Yellowstone in the summers of 1992 and 1993, at Canyon Village cafeteria. She loved it out there. I don't quite understand the dates, as this agreement shows his job to begin on June 5, and two of his trip-west motel receipts show Kearney, NE on May 12, and Gardiner, MT on May 14. Perhaps they called and agreed for him to come early.
